My Qualifying Exam is just around the corner. And yet, here I am, wasting my time blogging and facebook-ing and all. When instead, I should be revising my Biology, Chemistry, Pure Maths and Statistics, and reading news articles for General Paper.
I don't understand why the PU1s have to sit for the GP Qualifyings. We're not going to sit for it at the end of THIS year. It's for next year, man! The paper is a two-in-one set. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 are combined and printed as one booklet instead of two seperate ones. The first paper is the essay type of 500 to 800 words. The essays topics range from environment to music, from crime and violence to fashion. I might as well draw a picture -- or half of one -- to reflect my opinion on the topic I chose for that paper. You know what they say, "A picture is a thousand words". Thank God the second paper is similar to that of O Level English. Hahaha.
On a lighter note, I tend to feel sleepy when in Chemistry class. It's not that Mr. Ravoof is boring, or the topic either, but I always yawn. Maybe my seating location is a factor for my sleepiness: I sit under the cold fan. Iqbal, who sits beside me, facees the same dilemma. Sigh.
Henna, I haven't done the article yet. I don't know how to do it. No, that's a lie. I DO know how to do it, but I don't have the words in my head, let alone at the tips of my fingers. For those who are reading this and are blank, let me paint you a word picture. Hanafi told me yesterday that I, among the others who joined, was asked to write a short account of our double victory for Nasyid and Lagu Dakwah this year. Well, double if only count us winning both categories, and not accounting for the Best Lyrics award. Dateline is Saturday, the day after tomorrow! And I have to select a picture depicting our victory. Sighs. I'll do it later. I'm currently reading the GP past year papers. How bored.
Apparently, all the sports complexes are closed to the public, due to the rising cases of the Swine Flu, Virus A H1N1. Pffft. That means, no CCA. In general. Boring. Now, every Thursday is replaced with the routine of one selected day of the week. This week, it's replaced with the Monday timetable. Next week, Tuesday. Week after that, Wednesday, and so on. Boo. I want Gulintangan. Speaking of which, practices for the competition is off for now. The Administration doesn't want to take the risk. Boring.
I escaped Stats class yesterday and today. Yesterday, it was the afternoon class, and I ditched that for a hangout at the Counselling Room. Well, I was partly studying Transport in Plants with Hanafi. Just partly. Then today, it was first period, so I went to the library with Jazmi to do Chemistry. Do a bad thing for the good. Hahaha. Whatever.
HENNA! Catch-up bukan sos cili. It's sos tomato! Hahahahaha. Kesian, lame inda lurus lurus you ani eh. ;)
Well, that's all I want to say. For now. Keep on reading, my invisible kids. I will end this post with the wise words of my Chemistry teacher, Mr. Ravoof...
"Okay, bye."
